Spartan Stadium

Spartan Stadium was opened in 1923 on the campus of Michigan State University. Over the years, the stadium has expanded seating from the initial 14,000 to the current 75,005. The last renovation added a new press box, twenty-four luxury suites, and 800 club seats. The stadium also holds the distinction of having hosted the world’s largest hockey game in which over 74,000 people watched “The Cold War” between Michigan State and the University of Michigan.
