- Will your bus be with your group for the duration of your visit?
- What do you hope to accomplish with this visit? (i.e. just for fun, learn something, get away from school )
- What is the main purpose of your visit to MSU? (i.e. academic, get a feel for a college campus, athletic, entertainment, and/or, etc.)
- What locations do you wish to visit?
- How much time will you be spending on campus?
- Are possible fees an issue for your group?

- What is the best way and time to contact you?
- Does your group have any special needs?
Michigan State University Conference & Event Services is staffed to accommodate any special needs, given proper notification and allowing for additional costs. In order to have sufficient time to enjoy the campus, we recommend spending at least four hours here. Longer visits, including overnight stays, can also be arranged. Tours must be booked a minimum of four weeks in advance, but since many facilities book several months ahead of time, early reservations are recommended.
Michigan State University offers custom tours for all age groups and within every budget. Your tour coordinator will work with you to establish an itinerary that meets your goals and still allows for a fun-filled trip. While you may contact each of the facilities directly for specific questions, your tour coordinator will make all reservations for you.
